For Women, With Women

The Mid-Summer Summit 2027

Third annual · Friday, July 16, 2027 · Storrs, Connecticut

One day built for women in the workplace, in life and in sport (coaches, administrators and staff). Learn alongside women who have already done it. We promise everyone is there to learn and grow together!

The room

A room that does not need explaining.

Most rooms in this profession ask women to translate. This one does not. For one day a year the whole room shares the same starting point, which means the conversation starts where it usually stops.

Expect speakers who have led at the highest level, working sessions rather than lectures, and a day built so that you leave knowing people rather than collecting business cards.

In Their Words

“It was refreshing to pull back the curtain and hear the stories that don’t always make it into leadership bios or resumes.”

Taryn Sheehan
Founder, Coach, and Advocate for Women in Leadership

“Being a speaker at Let’s Go was an honor! As a professional boxer, I know what it means to fight for your dreams, push through challenges, and refuse to quit.”

Katie Taylor
Olympic Gold Medalist, Boxing

“Time spent on women supporting women is invaluable, and the leadership at Let’s Go does an incredible job fostering friendship, fellowship, and professional growth.”

Melissa Stoll
Head Coach, Women’s Track & Field / Cross Country, Southern Connecticut State University
